You can return eligible items within 30 days of the date of purchase. All Permanent Paint sales are final and not eligible for cancellation, returns or refunds as they are made to order.
- Products must be unused in original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging (example: 3M Respirators come sealed in their own package, these must returned in that original packaging).
- Subject to a 15% restocking fee
- The customer is responsible for the shipping charges back to DYC
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Free gifts, gift cards and clearance items are not returnable!
- Permanent Paints are not eligible for cancellations, returns or refunds.
If your order was received with any damages or errors, please contact DYC Customer Service within 30 days to be eligible for an order correction.
Once Gift Certificates have been purchased, it is not possible to deactivate the Gift Code; therefore Gift Certificate sales are final and can not be refunded.
