Cancellations

At no cost to the Customer, you may cancel your order for eligible items at any time before the shipment of the product. Once the order ships, we are unable to process a full refund. If you are looking to cancel  your order, we highly recommend giving us a call at 1-855-847-5825 for the fastest service. Please keep in mind all Permanent Paint sales are final and those products are not eligible for cancellation or return.  These paints are made to order and once purchased, can not be cancelled.
